It all started with one spoonful of carrots in 1997…
Back then, there was no Google. No Pinterest. No mom blogs. Just me, a spoon, and my baby boy. I was a brand-new mama with a gut feeling: “I want my son to grow up loving vegetables.” So, I started small. Carrots. Sweet potatoes. Peas.
I didn’t have a plan - just trial, error, and a lot of scribbled notes on what worked and what didn’t. Some days he spit things right back out, and I wondered if I was failing him. But I kept going, one spoonful at a time.
Two years later, my daughter was born. A year after that, my last son joined the crew. Three babies in four years! By then, I had my rhythm. I stuck with what I’d learned and kept offering veggies first.
And then came the moment I’ll never forget: My first born was about three years old when I walked into the kitchen and found him happily munching on a raw onion like it was an apple! He grinned and said, “Mmm!” - and right then I knew this little system was working. It even inspired me to start eating onions, because my kids were watching everything I did.
Fast forward to today: all three of my kids grew up loving broccoli, spinach, carrots, and even sushi with wasabi. And now? That same simple, mom-tested system is helping many other moms see the exact same results.
